Yogesh Mahansaria is a leading Indian entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience establishing and scaling-up global manufacturing businesses. He started his career at Balkrishna Industries, where he identified the opportunity to enter the global Off-Highway Tyres market, in which he increased revenues from $20 million to $125 million. In his second entrepreneurial venture, Mr. Mahansaria founded Alliance Tire Group, which he built into one of the world leaders in Off-Highway Tyres, with revenues approaching $600 million and a network spanning 120 countries. He is currently promoting two ventures - Mahansaria Tyres for manufacturing Off-Highway Tyres and SYAM Trelleborg Tires LLP, a JV with Trelleborg AB, a reputed European multinational, for manufacturing two-wheeler tyres.
Mr. Mahansaria has been recognized for his contribution to industry through several awards, including Economic Times 'Top 40 Under 40' (2014), Forbes 'Nextgen Entrepreneur of the Year' (2014), and EY 'Entrepreneur of the Year – Manufacturing' (2014). He currently serves on the Boards of Avendus Capital, FSN E-Commerce Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (operator of Nykaa.com), and 321 Education Foundation, a philanthropic organisation focused on improving the quality of education for children of low-income communities.
Mr. Apurva Parekh is Executive Director and part of the promoter family of Pidilite Industries Limited.
He is a chemical engineer from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and has been working in Pidilite Industries Limited since 1995.
Over the years, Apurva has led several divisions and functions of the company and has also been involved in acquisitions of various brands and businesses in India and outside of India.
Apurva is currently leading the Emerging India division of Pidilite while overseeing some of the functions, subsidiaries, and initiatives of the company.
